Establishing sub-groups is an excellent way to manage course content to our organization. Much depends on how your organization is structured or managed. You may want to manage training at a corporate level with each subsidiary in its own sub-group. Another popular option is to allocate certain training courses to a sub-group then populate it with the appropriate users. For instance, many want Employees to see only the Employee training and Export Compliance Administrators only the Administrator training.
Using sub-groups to allocate training into a logical flow is helpful in managing export compliance.
Accessing your subgroups are done from the pulldown menu at the top of the Group Leader Dashboard as shown below:
