Who controls course access under the Learning Management System (LMS)?

The individual who initiates LMS registration is designated as Group Leader and has full control over student enrollment and monitoring.  A Group Leader has full control over the enrolled students to include adding, removing, and generating progress reports.  This is all done under the Group Leader Dashboard.
