USA Export Compliance Training Courses

The Export Compliance Courses includes access to the following courses:

• Administrator Training Course
• Employee Training Course
• Annual Refresher Training Course
• New Hire Presentation

Each course is associated with a Team under the top-level Organization.  Students are assigned to the Team that for the course being taken.  Seats are purchased at $25 each and used to assign students to the Team Course.  For example, if you want a person to take the Employee Export Compliance Course then you will assign them to the Employee Course Team which reduces the total available seat count by one.  If you move that person to the Team containing the Administrator course, then the total seats will be reduced again.  The student will always have access to a course once started, even if you move them to different Teams.  Students receive an automated welcome email each time they are assigned a new Team Course.  Pricing is $25 per student seat.

The person establishing the account will be assigned as the LMS Group Leader for your organization.  An email will be sent with instructions on how to access the account as a Group Leader.   Additional Team Leaders can be added on the Group Leader Management page as desired.  The Learning Management System (LMS) allows the Group Leader to manage training by assigning student to Team Courses, monitoring progress, and generating reports.  The Group Leader will be placed in the Group Leader Management page at login and can move between the Group Leader Management page and My Classroom from the main menu.

Students are assigned to a Team and can take the associated course.  An introduction email is automatically sent to students when initially added to a Team.  One seat will be deducted from the total each time a student is assigned to a new team and starts a course.   Group Leaders can remove students with seats being returned to the total if the student has not started the course.  Removing a student does not remove their data from the LMS.

The Refresher Course is reset, for all students, at the beginning of each year.
